HOW CAN Elevate Homes Realty HELP YOU?

Elevate was started by four agents with a combined sixty years experience in the real estate industry. Their core belief was that good, moral, respectable, knowledgeable agents need a place they could call home. There are regional offices in Southern and Northern California, but every agent's home is their office. Elevate is totally electronic and green. Elevate knows that requiring agents to come into a local office is a waste of everyone's time. Agents in the company office are not making money.

GENEROUS SPLITS AND A CAP

Agents generally qualify for an 80/20 split with 80% of the commission going to the agent, but better splits can be negotiated for agents with sufficient experience and good historical volume.

But the good news in all of this, regardless of the split you start on, is that there is an annual cap on the amount paid to Elevate. Once an agent has paid $22,000 into Elevate they are on a 100% split for the balance of their anniversary year. That's right, after $22,000 the agent keeps it all.

ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS INSURANCE (E&O)

Unlike some companies who charge a huge up front fee for E&O, Elevate charges $100 per transaction for E&O. You pay nothing till you do a deal, even though you are still covered by E&O while working transactions.

NO DESK FEES. NO ROYALTY.

Since Elevate is virtual, there is no royalty needed to subsidize the company. Elevate makes money when an agent makes money. That provides an incentive to Elevate to provide top shelf training so that each agent is making the most of their opportunities. Unlike companies relying on royalty, Elevate is in it with the agent.

There are no monthly desk fees.

HOW IS IT THAT ELEVATE CAN OFFER ALL THIS WHEN OTHER COMPANIES CANNOT?

The secret to better agent splits and lower fees is lower overhead. Brokers opening an Elevate office will find themselves able to host a ton of agents without a big facility. Most of our brokers and agents work virtually without an office, uploading everything and working through the internet from home or even from Starbucks or the beach.

For agents and brokers who want their own office, the world is your oyster. Find the kind of space that suits you best and make the best deal you can. This allows you to be near wherever your clients or contacts take you. You still report to Elevate where your license is hung, but can work wherever you choose to work.

No question, you can get more service from companies that charge larger splits or higher fees, but you are paying for those services whether you know it or not. Elevate lets you keep more of your money. You can decide for yourself whether or not a billboard on the Interstate 10 is a good idea. You get to advertise yourself instead of the company. You get to buy the services YOU need instead of paying for services you don't.
