CONCIERGE REAL ESTATE SERVICES

Your Bank has arranged for its customers to get a rebate back on their residential purchase, sale or lease through Your Bank Concierge Agent and .

Example of a typical transaction (note-commissions are individually paid and cannot be fixed at a specific percentage, as prescribed by law):

Concierge Agent arranges a purchase for $400,000. The PSR portion is $12,000. The Concierge Client, at close of escrow, gets a check for $1,800 to be used however the Concierge Client wants.
Concierge Agent arranges a commercial purchase in Dallas Texas for $5,000,000. The referral commission for PSR (non-local transaction) is $25,000. The purchasing Concierge Client receives a rebate of $3,750. For local purchases the amounts would be slightly higher. (see Rules)

This is a tremendous client benefit that costs the Concierge Client nothing.

Eligibility Rules for Concierge Rebate

Commissions eligible for Rebate must be paid to Pacific Shield Realty (PSR).
Commercial / Residential buyer and seller rebates are paid from commissions as received by PSR after close of escrow.
Rebates for property management, rentals or lease will be paid as such commissions are received by PSR, which can be at close of escrow or monthly, quarterly or annually, consistent with the terms of the property management or lease listing contract.
Consistent with DRE regulations, Rebates can only be paid to a lessee, lessor, buyer, seller (must be party to the transaction creating the commission) or licensed real estate agents.
To be eligible, recipients of the Rebate must have a balance of more than $500 in collected funds in any branch of Your Bank.
